What is it like to work with Dina?
Therapy with me is compassionate and paced around your needs. We often begin with practical tools and strategies to help you manage stress and feel better in your day-to-day life. When it feels helpful, we can also explore deeper patterns, emotions, or past experiences that may be contributing to what you’re going through. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to reconnect with your sense of wellbeing.
How much does it cost?
A 60-minute session is $120.
Payment can be completed by credit card, e-transfer, or cash.
Will it be covered through insurance?
While coverage is usually not problematic with many insurance providers, it is the client’s responsibility to confirm this with their provider, as plans vary. When contacting your insurer, you can ask whether sessions with a Clinical Counsellor or Psychotherapist are covered under your plan.
Free consultation available
If you are curious but unsure about starting therapy, a free 15-minute consultation is available. This gives you an opportunity to briefly share what you are experiencing, ask questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
You deserve a space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin to feel better.
