At Foundations Counseling, Griffin Kauffman works with various clients who seek support with services, including:

Griffin Kauffman has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Colorado Christian University. She is a candidate for a Master of Arts Degree in Expressive Arts Therapy at Lesley University and is practicing as a clinical counseling intern. Griffin utilizes techniques from person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), expressive arts therapy, and child play therapy.
Griffin has been helping individuals in their continuing growth for the past 6 years, when she began supporting children on the autism spectrum. Her passion for the arts led her to pursue an advanced degree in expressive arts therapy. Griffin has experience with children on the autism spectrum and learning disabilities in a variety of environments, including group centers and school settings. She also has experience utilizing play therapy for children with anxiety, depression, trauma, and school issues.
Outside of the therapy room, Griffin is passionate about slowing down and enjoying the present moment. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and making time for her cat, Marley. She is a foodie, an avid reader, and an amateur yogi.
