Hi, thanks for reaching out. I know it is a stressful time not knowing where to start. Counseling shouldn't be stressful more like talking to a friend that at times makes you laugh. I love helping couples to communicate needs in a way your partner hears you. I hear often “ Thats exactly, what I said but you heard her better.” because I will say it differently without the criticism that can be a habit by now.

I feel I translate needs from what Im hearing you say that you might not realize its really coming from unmet needs.
We will explore triggers that bring you back to something heard before. No you are not a terrible person and thats the first thing to redirect even if you heard that as a child. Its not true and believing this message sometimes gets people putting up with things they should not. So we work on enforcing your boundaries so you are heard, respected and not constantly stressed “What an I going to say wrong now.” I will help your partner see your good qualities that I will also focus on.

Im a passionate person in making a difference. All my work in the field gets me to help in different areas. Maybe there’s undiagnosed depression, ADHD or Bipolar that I will see right away and connect you to additional help so when you are feeling better, you can answer your partner without anger. I’m discovering ADHD older in life that at this time affects your patience and how easy overwhelmed you become.

Im very knowledgeable in helping individuals have more peace by discovering things that have not been diagnosed yet which affect your relationship and stops you from reaching your goals.

Helping you sincerely gives me pleasure because not feeling loved was something I can relate to as well.
