Move in the direction of the life you want.

I work with men, women and young adults who who feel stuck, depleted, stressed or directionless, and those who are looking for greater confidence and ease in life. Clients frequently contact me with symptoms of anxiety, depression, or sleeplessness, or concerns about problematic substance use or other addictive behaviors. Self-confidence and security, empowerment and effectiveness, healthy connections with others and recovery from anxiety, depression, substance abuse and other addictions are all possible with the right kind of support, clarity, and willingness.

How do we decide what approach(es) to use?

It's pretty straightforward: we'll use whatever works for you.  Your input is the single most important consideration here, and I will check in with you frequently to ensure we're heading in the direction most important to you.  Most clients experience some relief and a feeling of progress even in the first couple of sessions.

What kind of feedback do I get from clients?

Clients report that my work with them:

  • is safe, trauma-informed and culturally aware
  • feels new, different, and more thorough than other experiences in therapy
  • is fun, interesting and creative
  • results in concrete, positive changes, and,
  • facilitates discovery of more confidence, clarity and empowerment in their lives.

I offer a free in-person or phone consultation (your choice).
