We help you work through family issues, relationship struggles, intimacy, friendships, anxiety, depressionself-esteemlife-transitionsADHD and much more. If you have found it difficult acclimating through the constant transitions that this time of your life has to offer, you’ve come to the right place. We have been there ourselves, and we understand how challenging this time can be!

Our goal is to support you through becoming the best version of yourself, and to help you become well-equipped with various coping strategies that will get you through these tough transitional periods.

What does a first session look like?

Great question! Before your session begins, we will have you fill out some important paperwork so that your therapist can learn a bit more about you prior to you meeting. In the session, our therapists typically ask you to tell them about YOU, your hobbies, family members, significant others (if relevant), occupation/school, support systems, and anything else you feel would be important for them to know about you. Once you go over all of that, and you may find ourselves to be all over the place (which is totally normal!), your therapist will typically set aside the last 15 minutes of the session for you to tell them what brought you into therapy and what some of your goals are.

We value transparency, which is why we make sure that you and your therapist are a great fit prior to starting. Please do not hesitate to reach out and schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with us!
