Have you been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or maybe even all of the above? Would you like to manage your stress more effectively? Maybe you've been struggling to keep up with your work and family responsibilities, maybe your emotions feel out of control, or maybe you want to have better relationships with the important people in your life. Many people have great ideas about how to solve their own problems, but then become frustrated when these strategies aren't working for them consistently.

As a clinician, I use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach personally tailored to people's individual needs. I collaborate with my clients to develop concrete, practical solutions so they feel calmer, happier, more organized, and more present in their lives. When people complete their course of therapy with me, they are more empowered to cope with daily challenges.

Some of my areas of expertise include ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting, sleep, and emotion management. I use a holistic, systemic, trauma-informed perspective and have experience helping marginalized/underserved populations, including LGBTQ+ identified folks, BIPOC communities, neurodivergent individuals, and veterans.
