I am deeply committed to honouring each client's individuality, dignity, and integrity, whether they are teenagers or adults. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a direct yet non-judgmental attitude, fostering an environment of emotional safety and personal growth. Through a strong therapeutic alliance, I offer insightful, responsive, and skilled support, tailoring my methods to each client's unique needs.

I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems therapy, and mindfulness, enabling me to effectively support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. I have completed Gottman Level (1) and (2) training and employ the Gottman method to address relationship concerns. My work is further enriched by integrating attachment theories, which offer valuable insights into relationship dynamics and support the development of secure, meaningful bonds.

By placing the client's needs at the forefront of our work together, my goal is to enhance self-awareness, resilience, and the development of effective coping strategies. I strive to equip clients with the necessary skills and knowledge to spark positive transformations, translating these changes into their everyday lives and fostering lasting improvements in overall well-being.

As a bilingual practitioner fluent in Cantonese and English, I ensure that clients can express themselves comfortably in their preferred language, further supporting their journey towards personal growth and fulfillment.
