Meghan Ekins holds a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Psychology and in Family, Community, and Human Development from the University of Utah.  Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and young adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

 

Meghan has specialized training in play therapy and integrates developmentally appropriate and expressive modalities into her therapeutic work.  She also emphasizes collaboration with caregivers and families to support sustainable, whole-system change.  Meghan is dedicated to creating a space where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and connect more deeply with themselves and others.
