You may be experiencing heartbreak, loss, grief and despair. Or, you may be experiencing waves of anger, resentment or rage. The world is a wild place right now and I mean that in all the ways. But, you don’t have to go through any of what you’re going through alone. And, you certainly don’t have to get stuck in it, or worse, drown in it. I hold space for it. It is all welcome. By offering you a space where everything is welcome, the things that are unmentionable or unnameable can have an opportunity to move and get processed. This is the ‘alchemy’ we do together. We will move things from the ‘shadow’ to the light, inviting all parts of you back into wholeness.

Whether the stuff you’re going through right now is new, old or ongoing, we can contain it, give it room & give it care and most importantly, give it a space to breathe. I truly believe in the innate healing capacity within us all, given the right environment. My approach is highly collaborative which means we work together to explore the root causes of what you are going through.

In depth psychotherapy with me, we will engage in a reflective and introspective journey, delving into unresolved conflicts, childhood experiences, and unconscious patterns that may influence your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Through techniques such as dream analysis, active imagination, and exploring personal narratives, you  gain insight into your inner world, facilitating healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. The therapeutic relationship serves as a safe and supportive container for this exploration, fostering trust, empathy, and authenticity. Depth psychotherapy aims not only to alleviate symptoms but also to foster a deeper understanding of oneself, leading to profound transformation and a more integrated sense of self.

Whether you're just beginning Therapy or, continuing on your journey, it is important that you find someone that you resonate and feel safe with.  As a relationally-trained clinical therapist, I incorporate several complimentary modalities into my practice for this work, because there is no one-size fits all approach.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).  I abide by the code of ethics and practice standards set out by my regulatory body. I am also a Co-Active (CTI) trained Coach, an ICF approved Coaches training and part originator of the ICF code of ethics.
