I offer private counselling services to adults aged 19 and over. My goal is to help individuals overcome life challenges, improve their overall wellness and gain self-compassion.

I believe we all need support & guidance at different points in life. This can result in learning more helpful thinking patterns, healthier behaviours and finding solutions that better serve us.
Your privacy is extremely important to me. All my counselling and case management services are handled with care and in confidence.
Therapeutic Approach:
I'm dedicated to offering mental health therapy & social work services that are non-judgemental, caring and honest. Whether you are a student stressed about academics, someone who is living with depression, or perhaps going through a life transition, we can discuss how counselling can help support you. I believe that successful therapy requires a partnership between the individual and the counsellor. Together, we will bring our own knowledge to the therapy process and work together to improve the situation.

My approach is guided by an individual’s culture, autonomy, as well as the potential impact of their past traumatic experiences. I use therapy skills that are based on research demonstrating their effectiveness.
