A Supportive Space to Help You Move Forward

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and it’s important that you feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely supported from the very beginning. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can show up as you are, without pressure or judgment, and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you.

Qualifications and Professional Background

I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and a Diploma in Psychology. I have advanced training in several evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method for couples work. This foundation allows me to provide therapy that is both clinically informed and tailored to your individual needs.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and personalized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, we work together to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck, and develop strategies that are realistic and effective for your life.

I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities so we can address both present challenges and deeper underlying dynamics. This means you can expect not only insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, but also practical tools to help you manage them more effectively. Whether we are working on emotional regulation, communication, or shifting long-standing patterns, the goal is always meaningful, sustainable change.

How I Can Support You

If you are seeking individual therapy, we can focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening coping strategies, and helping you reconnect with what matters most to you. If you are coming as a couple, I support partners in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and developing a stronger, more connected relationship.

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Through our work together, many begin to experience greater clarity, increased confidence, and a stronger sense of direction in their lives.

Fees and Insurance

My fee is $235 per 50-minute individual session and $260 per 50-minute couples session. I am fully insurable, and many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for services with a Registered Psychologist. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm your specific coverage.

What You Can Expect

Clients often appreciate my balance of honesty, empathy, and a bit of humour. Therapy with me is not about sitting in silence or feeling analyzed. It’s an active, engaging process where real conversations happen, and where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

The benefits of therapy can include improved emotional resilience, healthier relationships, clearer decision-making, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Most importantly, it can help you feel more grounded and capable in navigating life’s challenges.

Taking the first step can be the hardest part, but it’s also the beginning of something different. If you’re ready for support, I would be honoured to work alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
