Anxiety is an emotion about expectations, perfectionism and looking to the future. We hold anxiety in our bodies; we develop anxious behaviors and often disorders develop which involve panic. We can get caught up in the beliefs driven by society of pursuing happiness externally. Anxiety comes in many forms manifested from the conditioned belief of “not being good enough and seeking that place, the place of outer validation and acceptance.” Sometimes our beliefs are only habits and we think without them we would not know how to be in the world.
