Welcome, I am a Licensed Board Certified Psychotherapist and work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, & families. I have extensive training and experience working with a wide range of problem areas such as depression and anxiety to crisis interventions.

I provide a family focused approach addressing the complex developmental needs of children, adolescents, and their families in addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral concerns.

Therapy gives us an opportunity to find and give voice to our authentic selves, achieving healing in the process. I am passionate about working with couples, adults, and teens who have become stuck in destructive patterns and are looking for change.

I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and have witnessed firsthand how impactful & transformative it can be. In-person and online, my clinical approach is integrative and customized to meet each individual client’s life circumstances, needs, & wishes.

As I meet with each new individual or family I seek to provide a place where they can safely share their story and what is getting in the way of them thriving. I love that each of my clients brings a different story with a different conflict they are looking to solve.

Meetings often feel like focused conversations that happen to take on tough problems. I'll ask you what's going on, and together we take it from there. My approach is to help you focus on whatever you may be facing, not to seek a label or diagnosis.

I am the director of the La Vie Center with over 30 psychologists, MFT's and staff therapists with a wide range of fees and specialties, and we have been helping people since 1980. Because of our size and our experience we will have a counselor that is right for you.
