I do not offer detox services. However, I do offer one-on-one supportive outpatient therapy and individual IOP in a private atmosphere that encourages each client to move to the next-lower level of support and regain personal autonomy. Frequently, I see clients who do not wish to participate in 12-step programs. For them, I create individualized programs based on the principles of SMART Recovery and Life Ring Recovery, which address underlying problems, such as anger.
