Anger is not the problem! Anger is not bad or good, or negative or positive. Like love, sad or happy, anger, is only an emotion - a feeling. Nothing more, nothing less. The thing that gives anger it's bad reputation is what a person sometimes DOES when he/she gets angry. When a person makes poor choices of behavior when angry, they either break the law or destroy relationship - or BOTH. Anger is often one of the greatest tactics the enemy of our soul uses to rob us of our peace and joy. Being quick to take offense is often a sly trick of the enemy, and if we take the bait, we will indeed behave in ways we'll later regret.
