I offer families with emotional and hormonal teenagers a place to come to find rest and peace. Raising teenagers can be very hard work but with your hard work and determination, no family is without hope. I've worked with teenagers for many years now and have a heart for the difficult and confusing time of life that they are in. They will find my office to be a place where they feel safe sharing what they are experiencing which can lead to more openness and change.

Working with me, families learn better communication skills and new ways of interacting that interrupt negative cycles of behavior that they have fallen into. The goal is for each member of the family to feel heard and valued equally yet acknowledging the multiple unique roles each person plays (mother/wife/lover/employee, son/brother/student).
