Anger is an extremely important emotion. There's nothing wrong with feeling angry, it's what we do with our anger that gets us in trouble. If you are angry that is a sign of distress. You aren't angry without a reason. I would like to be able to help you understand those reasons and find a place for your anger. I will help you to gain insight into the reasons you are angry and find healthy ways in which to communicate and manage your anger so that it doesn't keep you from the relationships that you desire or interfere and disrupt your life.

Anger can overwhelm and destroy relationships. It is not always clear what the anger is about. I create a safe, confidential and supportive environment for client's to address and resolve their anger. I teach client's the skills to identify the source of their anger, communicate their feelings more appropriately, and create more harmony and happiness in their life and relationships. I utilize CBT techniques to help clients change the way they approach situations, how they perceive conflict and develop more effective conflict resolution and communication skills.
