Being a Christian Minister, I encourage individuals to get in touch with their faith and their beliefs to strengthen their lives. My approach is not to judge, but to accept and guide. What is spiritually healthy is usually psychologically healthy as well. My book, "The Cross and the Couch" shows how one can use the teachings and modeling of Jesus Christ to begin to heal one life. While I know the Bible well, my therapy is not a Bible study. I do not attempt to convert anyone, but accept their religious beliefs. Belief in God who is real and alive and desires to interact with his creation, has the possibility of unlocking our greatest potential.

Faith does not shield us from life’s challenges. Even as Christians, we may face seasons of emotional struggle, illness, grief, or relationship pain. My goal in Christian counseling is to walk with you through these difficulties in a way that strengthens your faith and reminds you of the hope and purpose God has for your life. While following Christ in today’s world can feel overwhelming at times, I believe that God always provides a path forward. Together, we can seek healing, peace, and restoration through both sound therapeutic practice and the sustaining truth of God’s Word.
