All counselors bring their own values and beliefs to the counseling process. Counseling from a Christian perspective allows me to counsel a whole person--including the spiritual aspect. While I do not impose my beliefs on my clients, I do not apologize for them either. The benefit for those who seek Christian counseling is that they may experience not only symptom reduction but also transformation as they clarify and define their approach to life's problems with a redemptive perspective and purpose.

Faith does not shield us from life’s challenges. Even as Christians, we may face seasons of emotional struggle, illness, grief, or relationship pain. My goal in Christian counseling is to walk with you through these difficulties in a way that strengthens your faith and reminds you of the hope and purpose God has for your life. While following Christ in today’s world can feel overwhelming at times, I believe that God always provides a path forward.
