I have been working in the mental health/substance abuse field for over 35 years. I have seen many trends in therapy come and go but have found the only thing that helps others is the technique that they can use on their own outside of the therapist's office.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Couples Therapist (LMFT) as well as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST), specializing in relationships and intimacy. My work centers on infidelity repair, communication challenges, and helping couples find hope at a crossroads.
