Our staff Christian counselor is a devout Christian personally as well as licensed counselor, and has training specifically in the integration of psychotherapy and biblical truths. I am an Ordained Minister in the Christian tradition and a Licensed Psychoanalyst. I will not dismiss your spiritual life, and at the same time will provide sound psychotherapeutic support. I believe in the integration of spirit, body, and mind. We can explore your questions about life and its connections to the spiritual life. We can explore your doubts about God. We can explore your fears or hopes about what happens after death.

Faith does not shield us from life’s challenges. Even as Christians, we may face seasons of emotional struggle, illness, grief, or relationship pain. My goal in Christian counseling is to walk with you through these difficulties in a way that strengthens your faith and reminds you of the hope and purpose God has for your life. While following Christ in today’s world can feel overwhelming at times, I believe that God always provides a path forward. Together, we can seek healing, peace, and restoration through both sound therapeutic practice and the sustaining truth of God’s Word.

Faith and spirituality can provide comfort and meaning to those guided by their beliefs. I was raised in a Christian household myself so I have an appreciation for the values instilled by religion, the importance of tradition, and the strength of community. My approach to counseling is humanistic and welcoming of all spiritualities. Though I do not incorporate any specific pastoral counsel, I encourage my spiritual clients to draw on their beliefs during the counseling process.
