My goal is to help you find the strength to review life's troubling issues and form new perceptions. My approach is called "Integrative Family Therapy" which focuses on two aspects: how you function as an individual and how you relate to others helping you to heal.

As a Certified Adult ADHD specialist, I work with clients diagnosed with ADHD later in life to make sense of the past, develop tools for the present, and create a future that feels aligned with their most authentic selves.

I have had over thirty years of counseling experience. I hold degrees in Psychology (BA), Counseling (MA), and Marriage and Family Therapy (EdS), and have had experience in community, clinical, hospital, and private-practice settings. I offer alternatives to stuck-ness.

I'm passionate about my work; it is my vocation and avocation. In addition to my practice, I write self-help books. I have over 35 years' experience; and particular expertise in treating OCD (adults and children) and treating couples (especially intimacy issues).
