Dr. Wands has over 20 years experience helping people through psychotherapy. She treats people who want help dealing with anxiety, depression, coping with health related issues work related stress and interpersonal difficulties. She uses a problem-solving approach.

I offer individual and couples therapy for both BC and ON residents. I prioritize a client-centered approach and believe in addressing the root causes of issues with individuals and couples I work with. Your unique circumstance is at the forefront of my practice.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

Therapy doesn't have to be complicated - or long! People heal quickly when they understand what is going on with them, why they are doing what they are doing and are given the tools and support they need to get back in control of their lives. I will help you do that.
