Life can feel heavy, and carrying it all alone is exhausting. We offer a space where you can set it down for a while, talk about what’s weighing on you, and be met with care, heard with compassion, and supported in finding your next steps, online or in person.

Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.

My approach is attachment-informed, experiential, compassionate, and pattern-focused. In our work, we slow things down, get curious about protective patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn't been safe to feel.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.
