For more than 30 years these have been my goals in helping people through the pain, trauma, and challenges that life inevitably brings. I believe it is how we respond to these universal experiences that shapes who we are and the direction of our lives.

My approach is to provide you with an attentive ear, an open heart and inquisitive mind. I will work with you to re-discover your strengths, resources and inner wisdom to meet your challenges, and accompany you on your journey towards wholeness and wellbeing.

Therapy is a little easier if you don’t need to spend too much time explaining your concerns to your therapist. I don’t have a silver-bullet solution to much, and neither does anyone else. But you may be looking for someone who will “get it” sooner rather than later.

Heidi uses creative approaches in her work with women, children and families. She uses art and play therapy to help children express and process their emotions. Heidi also works with women needing a warm and supportive place to process a variety of life issues.
