The first thing I want to do is get to know who you are. Too many therapists approach this through the lens of a theory and they only see what the theory suggests is important. I want to see you on your own terms.

*Accepting New Clients* I strive to provide a safe space for clients to recognize and develop their inherent strengths empowering them to heal and grow. I work with individuals, couples, and youth and offer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure I am a good fit.

Heidi uses creative approaches in her work with women, children and families. She uses art and play therapy to help children express and process their emotions. Heidi also works with women needing a warm and supportive place to process a variety of life issues.

Therapy is a little easier if you don’t need to spend too much time explaining your concerns to your therapist. I don’t have a silver-bullet solution to much, and neither does anyone else. But you may be looking for someone who will “get it” sooner rather than later.

My approach is to provide you with an attentive ear, an open heart and inquisitive mind. I will work with you to re-discover your strengths, resources and inner wisdom to meet your challenges, and accompany you on your journey towards wholeness and wellbeing.
