A background in counselling and teaching individuals, groups, couples and families. I currently serve ages 16+ only. I provide individual counselling, communication skills training for 2, support for cinicians looking to launch private practice, and business consulting.

I support people who feel lost and stuck in their lives. I prioritize helping client's develop self-compassion and self-kindness, through which you can become more open to exploring new perspectives and solutions to your life's challenges.

I am here to help you take steps to better manage the obstacles that are holding you back from living a healthy and productive emotional life and work with you to discover a path towards self-awareness, restoration and growth in a non-judgmental and safe environment.

Beginning therapy takes courage. I strive to meet you where you are in your journey, embracing curiosity while walking alongside you as you learn about yourself, discover your desires for life, and ultimately help you to uncover and embrace your authentic self.
