I am a Registered Psychotherapist with 25 years of experience in various settings. Some of the therapeutic approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion, Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness-based stress reduction.
