Seeking help isn't easy, but you're not alone. Client-centered sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space to organize and make sense of your thoughts, process difficult emotions, & gain evidence-based mind/body coping skills to help you manage stressors in daily life.

Life can feel heavy, and carrying it all alone is exhausting. We offer a space where you can set it down for a while, talk about what’s weighing on you, and be met with care, heard with compassion, and supported in finding your next steps, online or in person.

In our sessions I will create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can explore together the reasons that bring you to therapy. I am inspired by my clients' resilience and I would be honoured to be a part of your journey.

Together, we'll clarify your goals and identify the thoughts, beliefs, or behaviours getting in your way. We'll create a roadmap with realistic, meaningful steps toward living your best possible life.

Therapy is a little easier if you don’t need to spend too much time explaining your concerns to your therapist. I don’t have a silver-bullet solution to much, and neither does anyone else. But you may be looking for someone who will “get it” sooner rather than later.

Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.
