I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Hypnotherapist. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings as the lead therapist for one of the country's premiere trauma programs before starting my individual practice. While I treat a wide spectrum of problems, I have specialized experience in the treatment of trauma, PTSD, and the Dissociative Disorders, anxiety, depression and self esteem issues.
I found doing traditional talk therapy to be slow and at times emotionally painful for my clients. Frustrated over the pace of treatment, I searched for a more effective treatment option.
