I offer career assessment tools to help people identify potential career paths that may help increase satisfaction with life. Having a career that is not enjoyable can lead to stress, depression, and anxiety. It is important to evaluate strengths and weaknesses to optimize career planning. Career counseling is available from ages 15 and up. We begin with an assessment tool that will help identify preferences. We then work together to overcome potential challenges to being successful in a preferred career.

In American society, our careers help define us. And finding purpose in our careers gives us a sense of worth. As a therapist I see that although a career may pay our expenses it should not define us. It should, however, offer some benefit in either our personal development or fulfillment. I spent 27 years as a high-tech exec before I was a therapist. I managed sales & technical teams for small- to medium-sized companies (incl. several startups) & became CEO/COO of such a business.
