Jennifer Dawn Watts, MA is the founder of Living Well Counselling Services Inc. She started her practice to provide a safe space where clients can work with experienced practitioners that specialize in their areas of strength, as well as welcoming non-judgemental therapists because personality fit is 30% of why people get better. In addition to her Bachelors & Masters degrees, Jennifer trained under world-renowned psychologist, Dr. David Benner & also completed training with one of the world's leading marriage experts Dr. John Gottman.

Erika Dawn Mohle, MSC is a gift to our Living Well team. She has a wide range of experience which includes working with individuals, couples and families, as well as children and adolescents. Erika’s calm compassion, strong empathy, and non-judgmental nature will help you feel accepted and understood on your path to change.

Cathy is a professional therapist who brings 20 years experience counselling couples, individuals, and families with relationship and personal issues, as well as supervising therapists and facilitating retreats. She specializes in Imago Therapy, one of the top methods used worldwide for couples counselling. In addition to couples counselling, Cathy is also strong in many other areas including affair recovery, divorce, conflict resolution, internet pornography addiction, family issues as well as anxiety, depression, career counselling and grief/loss.

Jenn believes counselling is most effective with a strong client/counsellor therapeutic alliance and counsels from an empathetic and understanding approach. Her gentle supportive nature is one of the things clients appreciate most about Jenn, in addition to her strong knowledge about research proven effective methods of therapy such as CBT and Emotion Focused Therapy. Should clients desire their spiritual beliefs to be incorporated in treatment, Jenn is able and willing to incorporate aspects of faith into her practice. Jenn's main areas of focus are depression/suicidal ideation, anxiety/panic attacks, guilt, shame, anger, loneliness, resolving past trauma, sexuality and body image/self esteem concerns.

Robyn believes that taking the first step towards getting help takes courage.   It also demonstrates that even in the midst of pain, confusion and challenges, we have an innate desire for healing, meaning and growth. Robyn is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about walking alongside people who are seeking to gain personal insight, build new skills and strategies and achieve their goals.  Robyn primarily works from an Emotion-Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy approach but also works collaboratively with her clients to address emotional, mental, relational, spiritual and physical well-being.  She offer counselling for individuals (adults, adolescents and children), couples and families, in both English & Cantonese.

Farah Premji understands that, at times, life can be challenging and difficult to manage. Because one size does not fit all, Aziza collaborates with clients to understand their goals and to create treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

What you will first notice about Khobi is her welcoming disposition. She seeks to make clients feel at ease by providing an environment of trust and acceptance. In addition to her genuine nature, Khobi brings a wealth of experience and skills to help her clients identify their goals and find lasting results.
