I strive to support clients on their personal journey towards meaningful change. I hope to assist clients with addressing issues that keep them stuck by enhancing awareness and insight, and offering alternative perspectives, tools, and information.

I provide individual counselling to adults age 20 years and over. My practice is open to all walks of life. I have experience working with stress, family of origin issues, addictions, and trauma. I will provide empathy and a safe place for you to process your story.

My goal is to provide a safe place for you to explore your personal values, shift how you relate to yourself, and build on your life and coping skills.

[I offer video sessions throughout Alberta and Ontario]. I have been a psychologist since 1986. I have plenty of compassion, experience, and competence. I would be pleased to work with you.

My practice combines compassion and knowledge to address relational and mental health concerns. The process includes working together to regain or discover a path towards restoration and growth in a safe, caring environment.
