I provide evidence-based virtual therapy for trauma and emotional dysregulation. Using approaches like EMDR, DBT, and trauma-focused methods, I teach practical psychological skills to calm emotions, reduce stress, and build healthier, more stable relationships.

I have no doubt that at our core, we are all unconditionally good. At times we may feel disconnected from this truth about ourselves or others. As you psychologist, I will provide a confidential and compassionate setting to get you tuned back into your best self.
