I have been practicing psychotherapy from a non-judgmental perspective for over 25 years. I feel fortunate to have been trained by brilliant mentors at Columbia University in NYC who set me on the path to helping others in an open and honest manner. I use various techniques and strategies in my work including: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness-based Therapy, ACT and Family Systems Therapy.
