Hello! Since 2008 I have worked alongside individuals, couples, and families spanning across Canada, Egypt and the Netherlands. I'm committed to listening and providing you with practical skills & tools to increase resiliency and to help you feel more in control.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

Somatic. Relational. Neurobiological. I am an integrative therapist offering grounded, compassionate and effective therapy for a richer, more relational life. Sessions are available online and in-person. I am an EMDR trained therapist.
