As a person who has had a variety of successful careers in sales and marketing before coming to the profession of psychotherapy, I have had a vast amount of employment experience to draw from and I know what it takes to do the things to prepare you for a new career or to do better in your current one. These include building self esteem and becoming clear on what it is you want to do and how you want to make a difference in the world. All my counseling techniques are utilized in this important area.

Additionally, we will evaluate your level of risk taking, relationships and approaches to pursue a new career path. Blocks to career can create significant problems with feeling fulfilled in life. This lack of career fulflillment can cause depression, anxiety, feeling out of touch with the self, etc. Sometimes these career blocks occur because the wrong career was chosen or a person feels at a loss as to what a meaningful occupation might be. I work to help people through these blocks using a special focusing technique to help you get in touch with your true feelings. My aim is to get you back in touch with yourself, your passion, your true self so that you can make well informed career and life decisions.

While most career counselors love to give you capacity based profiles of what your talents and interests are for your best bet career choices, Grey Matters international believes that most people make predictably irrational decisions and then after making them learn way to make them fit into their identities using various types of rationalizations and strategies.
