I work to help people through these blocks using a special focusing technique to help you get in touch with your true feelings. My aim is to get you back in touch with yourself, your passion, your true self so that you can make well informed career and life decisions.

As a person who has had a variety of successful careers in sales and marketing before coming to the profession of psychotherapy, I have had a vast amount of employment experience to draw from and I know what it takes to do the things to prepare you for a new career or to do better in your current one. These include building self esteem and becoming clear on what it is you want to do and how you want to make a difference in the world. All my counseling techniques are utilized in this important area.
