Talking with a trained professional can help you sort out your feelings, wants, needs, and options. I support individual clients experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and mental and emotional exhaustion. I often work with Highly Sensitive People, or empaths, who are more susceptible to these experiences. I support those in helping professions like teachers, therapists, parents, medical professionals, and difficult work environments create their boundaries in their workspace for personal well-being.

I help clients with addictive behaviours or substance use that is interfering with their ability to achieve a fulfilling career. Through collaborative conversations, clients gain a sense of purpose and direction, overcoming barriers to making meaningful progress in their professional life. Gaining a sense of control over one's life allows for increased confidence and self-esteem. I help clients build the motivation necessary to take steps toward a future filled with passion, thriving, and mental resilliance.

Finding your 'career path' can happen at any age. At twenty or fifty. Talking with a therapist who can help you discover what you love....what you're good at...your skills...experience, etc. can be encouraging to enable you to follow your desire in what can often give you a lifetime of reward. You will have an opportunity to look at "all of the parts" of yourself. No simply your academics or skills, but to dig deeper and find your passion for your life work.

In my practice, I do not use assessments or aptitude tests, as I believe the client is the best source of information. Together we will review your education, interests, work history and the reasons to make a change at this time in your life. Additionally, we will evaluate your level of risk taking, relationships and approaches to pursue a new career path. My style is comprehensive and tailored to you to help your reach your career goals.
