With over 30 years of experience in Finance, Marketing, IT, Manufacturing, Operations and Management, I offer a practical approach to career counseling. Focusing on skills versus deficiencies has always proven to be successful and strengthening a "can do" attitude increases ones's worth in the marketplace. The rest is about persistence, working with people, peers and management and relationships. These are key to the most successful people. And then there is luck and timing, over which we have no control. Learning better communication skills, how to deal with negative bosses and co-workers and how to set boundaries in the workplace are additional skills that can be learned.

In my practice, I do not use assessments or aptitude tests, as I believe the client is the best source of information. Together we will review your education, interests, work history and the reasons to make a change at this time in your life. Additionally, we will evaluate your level of risk taking, relationships and approaches to pursue a new career path. My style is comprehensive and tailored to you to help your reach your career goals.

I support individual clients experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and mental and emotional exhaustion. I often work with Highly Sensitive People, or empaths, who are more susceptible to these experiences. I support those in helping professions like teachers, therapists, parents, medical professionals, and difficult work environments create their boundaries in their workspace for personal well-being.
