I support individual clients experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and mental and emotional exhaustion. I often work with Highly Sensitive People, or empaths, who are more susceptible to these experiences. I support those in helping professions like teachers, therapists, parents, medical professionals, and difficult work environments create their boundaries in their workspace for personal well-being.

I help clients with addictive behaviours or substance use that is interfering with their ability to achieve a fulfilling career. Through collaborative conversations, clients gain a sense of purpose and direction, overcoming barriers to making meaningful progress in their professional life. Gaining a sense of control over one's life allows for increased confidence and self-esteem. I help clients build the motivation necessary to take steps toward a future filled with passion, thriving, and mental resilliance.

I have a specific degree (Masters Degree MA) in career and academic counseling. I have worked with undergraduate and graduate students on many college campuses over the years teaching and counseling in the area of career and work related topics. I have assisted in Womens Reentry, job placement, resume writing, interview techniques, and have taught and assisted clients to discover their true potential. What DO you want to be when you grow up--I have helped clients (ages 15-55) who struggle with this question. I also have a degree and am a licensed Marriage and Family Pschotherapist--often career issues affect our relationships, self esteem, and other personal areas as well.

Work is an enormously important part of our lives. As is often said, we spend more hours of our lives at work than anywhere else. In our changing culture many people find themselves re-evaluating their career, company, job choices much more often and rapidly than prior cohorts of people. I work to uncover the basic needs clients have and how to pair those with a new direction. I consult with small businesses as well to assist in communication and goal difficulties.
