In my 30+ years of clinical practice, I have continued to expand upon my philosophy of human development and the expansion of each person’s capacity. Working with a collaborative approach, I assist my clients in building skills and strategies as together we uncover their uniqueness, and passion, while developing their purpose and potential. Through observation and positive feedback, my process, “The Five Steps For Healthy Change” was created to assist individuals of all ages and stages in moving from “Crisis To Capacity”.
