I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Creating Stronger Bonds Psychology. I specialize in couples therapy, but I also work with individuals. As a therapist, my goal is to listen to you and your needs so that I can give you the tools and understanding to move past old hurts and to flourish as an individual and within your relationships. We are a group of Licensed Psychologists, providing individual, family and couples psychotherapy. We provide a safe place to explore your roots, gain insights and begin the process of meaningful change. We also use evidence-based interventions, such as mindfulness and relaxation, cognitive and behavioral strategies to foster long-lasting, meaningful change.

My orientation is eclectic; I apply the therapeutic strategies most appropriate for my clients' issues. These would include psychodynamic as well as cognitive behavioral (CBT) approaches. Treatment of couples issues also includes techniques associated with the Gottman Method and Susan Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. Treatment of OCD includes ERT and ACT. Treatment of children includes play therapy and parent training.

As a clinical psychologist my approach to working with patients is to conduct a detailed assessment of your presenting issues and background so that I can develop a comprehensive understanding of your personality. This will guide the treatment and help to formulate the types of practical interventions that will be most helpful to assist you with effectively managing your struggles and foster your development. Therefore your treatment will not be a “one size fits all” approach, but will be individually tailored to your specific needs.
