As an experienced Christian Counselor and ordained pastor, over the last 15 years I’ve been blessed to help hundreds of men find hope and healing using both psychological and Biblical principles. I believe that Christ is the ultimate source of hope and healing in this life. But I also believe that he’s given us the gift of rational minds, able to discern scientific and psychological truths built into the fabric of His amazing creation. My approach is grounded firmly in Scripture, but I don’t use Scripture as a weapon. You don’t need more guilt, but rather, a reminder of God’s promises and a compassionate guide to support you.

Our approach to Christian counseling starts with learning the client’s spiritual history and their Christain walk. We adopt a systematic approach by integrating Christ-based principles in therapy. A clinical spiritual assessment is conducted prior to the implementation of any prescribe treatment approach, thereby achieving consistently favorable outcomes. For example, we use the FICA tool: faith, importance, community, and address: • Do you consider yourself a person of faith and how would you describe your faith tradition? • What importance does your faith have in your life? • Are you a member of a local church or faith community? • How would you like me to address these spiritual matter?
