Mrs. Hoy is the President of the Anger Management Institute & CounselCare Connection, P.C. in Oak Brook, IL. She is a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor; a Diplomate, Supervisor & Certified Anger Management Specialist-V with NAMA.

It takes a lot of courage to take that first step, which is making the initial phone call. My treatment approachment is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long standing issues.

I ask clients about their best hopes for each session. I use a direct approach and humor to build rapport and find tools that work. I focus on preserving marriage/family relationships, and support those struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and divorce issues.
