My approach to grief counseling is to listen with an open heart and an open ear while holding a space where you can feel safe to share your unique grief story. In sharing your story you begin to process your grief, and ultimately you learn to integrate the loss into your life in a way that feels appropriate and right for you. My approach to this process is always with deep compassion and without judgment.

Grief is a normal and natural reaction to a loss of any kind; death, divorce, faith or career. Regardless of the reason why, the resulting emotions are very powerful and often conflicting.
