Working with clients collaboratively, I employ methods used to help you identify your strengths, interest and values that match specific careers. Through exploring areas of individual challenges, clients learn about careers to explore and careers to avoid. Participation in career counseling can also assist in exploring new career options or in making a career change.

I help clients with addictive behaviours or substance use that is interfering with their ability to achieve a fulfilling career. Through collaborative conversations, clients gain a sense of purpose and direction, overcoming barriers to making meaningful progress in their professional life. Gaining a sense of control over one's life allows for increased confidence and self-esteem. I help clients build the motivation necessary to take steps toward a future filled with passion, thriving, and mental resilliance.

Life transitions occur for many of us unexpectedly. Recognizing when we need to make a change and what the change should be can cause strong conflicts within ourselves. It is important to recognize the basis of what causes this hesitancy and whether it is valid or an old limiting belief programmed at a young age. Following our dreams and passions can become even more complicated when we have expectations or the approval of others as an influence. Financial priorities can further complicate matters, leaving an individual frustrated and overwhelmed. Ultimately, we all want our lives to be meaningful and fulfilling, and only we have the right to determine what this means for each of us.

Our coaching program is brief, solution-focused, and geared toward results for the individual. This program will help the client set their own personal goals, and implement a workable plan that their coach will monitor until they have accomplished and become successful with their goals.
