I work with adolescents and teens, from ages 12 and older. I remember what it was like to be young, and the struggles that can be faced at such a vulnerable point in life. I work with individual youth, sibling relationships, and parent-child relationships to address a range of issues from communication issues, behavioral issues, self esteem and body image issues, bullying conerns, anxiety and depression concerns, creating healthy relationships, learning about body changes and sexuality issues, and addressing family disconnect.
