I offer an approach to counseling that is solution focused. I work with people's strengths and help them get to the point where they can make choices to resolve their issues. I then provide guide them through the choices they make. I am a family systems therapist and look at their family of origin, their current relationships, and their spiritual beliefs in an integrated therapy approach. I am holistic based, so I look at their health and lifestyle influences that may be contributing to their problems.

Change, healing, and growth is a process. It is a process of becoming more whole in being and in relationship. I consider all of who you are in this process: body, mind, and spirit.
