My philosophy of therapy and change is that change comes from within. As a therapist, I ask a great deal in asking an individual to change, as change is an incredibly difficult task for everyone. The journey of change requires both the client and myself to work collaboratively throughout this journey. It is for this reason that the rapport between the client and myself is critical. I aim to provide all my clients with the space to explore their underlying feelings, thoughts, and behaviors so that they can engage in change.

I work with many high school and college students to help develop and refine their academic and career goals and achieve them. For those in the corporate world, I assist with stress management and the setting and attainment of short and long term goals. I work with teachers and school administrators on managing the very stressful demands of their work environment while looking ahead to career choices as their jobs and responsibilities evolve in their rapidly changing work milieu . I also work with individuals with developmental disabilies to help them develop confidence and define options in the workplace uniquely suited to their abilities. When i work with adolescents I offer career counseling to aid in their areas of study. There are various inventories that i can administer which indicate occupations most suited for your child's personality and aptitudes. Some show which professions attract people most like your child. Some show areas of competence in your child that will be valued in certain professions.

I help my clients learn how to manifest their hearts desire through their career. You can learn how to connect to your passions and what brings you joy in life. Once you are aware of your deepest desires then you can make career choices that feel satisfying, meaningful and rewarding. This process starts with learning to feel your feelings and take responsibility for them and then taking loving actions for yourself to find a career that you love.

A career is not about the job you have. It is about finding your purpose and passion. Come and find your passion and make it your career. We will also explore the blocks that are preventing you from moving forward. There is not need to be dissatisfied with your life. Career counseling will lead you in the direction you wish to move so that your life will be productive, full and prosperous.
